Cotard’s Syndrome is characterized by the presence of nihilistic delusions that one is dead or the world no longer exists. It is also with immortality. This syndrome was mostly seen in middle-aged women. CS is related to lots of psychiatric or organic disorders. In this report, we present a young man case of a CS in which panic attack was the first diagnosis. What makes this case noteworthy, apart from the rarity of the clinical syndrome, is to be starting with panic attack
