Morbid Obez Sezaryen Olgusunda Anestezi

Morbid obez hastalarda sezaryen seksiyo için en uygun anestezi seçeneğinin rejyonal anestezi olduğu belirtilmektedir. 34 yaşında, morbid obez olgu, beşinci gebeliğinin 38’inci haftasında preeklampsi tanısı ile hastanemize yatırıldı. Epidural anestezi uygulandı. Direnç kaybı yöntemiyle 7.5 cm’de epidural aralığa lumbal 3-4 aralığından ulaşıldı. 3 ml %2 lidokain ile test doz uygulandıktan 7-8 dakika sonrası 5 ml %0.5 bupivakain verildi. Motor blok gözlenmemesine karşın sensoriyal blok 10 dakikada T4 düzeyine kadar ulaştı. Operasyon sorunsuz sonlandırıldı. Bu olgunun preeklamptik, morbid obez bir gebe olması ve kısmen düşük volümde epidural ilaç ile anestezi sağlanması nedeniyle bu olguyu sunmayı uygun bulduk
