Anterior sakral meningosel seyrek görülen konjenital bir malformasyondur. Tekrarlayan üriner sistem enfeksiyonu geçiren üç yaşındaki kız hastada anterior sakral meningosel ve tethered kord sendromu saptandı. Posterior sagital yaklaşımla anterior sakral meningosel onarımı ve spinal kordun serbestleştirilmesi ameliyatı yapıldı. Bu yazıda anterior sakral meningosel ile birlikte tetred kord sendromunun kliniği, görüntüleme tetkikleri ve cerrahi girişim yöntemleri tartışıldı.

Anterior sacral meningocele is a rare congenital anomaly. Three years old female patient suffering from recurrent urinary tract infection had anterior sacral meningocele associated with tethered cord syndrome. Anterior sacral meningocele repairing and untethering of spinal cord was performed using the posterior sagittal approach. The clinical, neuroradiological features and the surgical approaches to anterior sacral meningoceles with tethered cord syndrome are discussed.
