Lityum İlişkili Akut Bobrek Yetmezligi: Olgu sunumu

Lityum bipolar bozukluk tedavisinde oldukça sık kullanılan ve en etkin ilaçtır. Lityum ilişkili nefrojenik diyabetes insipitus, kronik tübülointerstisyel nefrit ve akut tübüler nekroz tanımlanmıştır. Burada bilinç bulanıklığı ve akut böbrek yetmezliği tablosu ile olgu sunulmuştur.

Lithium Related Acute Renal Failure: Case Report

Lithium is a psychiatric medication commonly used in the treatment of bipolar disorder. It has been implicated in inducing nephrogenic diabetes inspidus, chronic tubulointerstisial nehpropaty and acute tubuler necrosis. We describe a case of lithium induced acute kidney injury.
