Vena kava superıor sendromu, vena kava superıor’un obstrüksiyonu sonucu gelişen klinikte yüzde ödem ve eritem ile karşımıza çıkabilen bir tablodur. Anjıoödem ise dermatolojik aciller arasında bilinen ve yüzde eritem, ödem gibi bulgularla seyreden farklı bir klinik tablodur. Polikliniğimize yüzünde tekrarlayan kızarıklık ve şişme şikayetiyle başvuran ve kliniğimize anjıoödem öntanısıyla yatırdığımız bir olguyu sunuyoruz. Çünkü bu olgu yapılan ileri tetkik ve konsültasyonlar sonucunda nonhodking lenfomaya bağlı vena kava superıor sendromu olarak teşhis edilmiştir. Dermatoloji polikliniğine yüzde eritem ve ödem şikayeti ile başvuran hastalarda hemen hemen hiç aklımıza gelmeyen Vena Kava Superior Sendromu’nun da ayırıcı tanıda akılda tutulması gerektiğini vurgulamak istedik.

Anjıoedema is a different clinical event known as a dermatologically emergent disease that is also seen with facial erythema and edema. We reporting a case which had come to our polyclinic with complaints of recurrent facial redness and edema and hospitalized with the prediagnosis of anjıoedema. This case importont for us because; at the end of laboratory tests and consultations it is diagnosed as superıor vena cava syndrome. We want to emphasize that, in dermatology policlinics, in patients with facial erithema and edema, superıor vena cava syndrome which does not always come to our mind must be remembered.
