Fiziksel Aktivite, Egzersiz Ve Çocuklar

ÖzFiziksel aktivite çocukların fiziksel ve mental sağlığı için önemlidir. Egzersiz, düzenli ve tekrarlanan fiziksel aktivite manasına gelmektedir. Tüm dünyada düzenli yapılan egzersizin, diyabetes mellitus, obezite, koroner kalp hastalığı, inme, hipertansiyon, depresyon, anksiyete ve diğer birçok sağlık sorunlarını hem çocuklarda hem de erişkinlerde azalttığı bilinmektedir. Bu makale değişik yaş gruplarında önerilen fiziksel aktivite, egzersizler ve çocuk sağlığı üzerine olan etkilerine yönelik bir derlemedir.

Physical Activity, Exercise and Children

AbstractPhysical activity is important for children’s physical and mental health. Exercise means regular and recurrent physical activity. It is well known that by the regular exercise, diabetes mellitus, obesity, coroner heart disease, stroke, hypertension,depression, anxiety and other many health problems seems to be decrease both inchildren and adults all around the world. In this review, we focused on physical activity and exercise recommendations in different age groups of children and effecton children’s health.
