Siyatalji
Siyatalji siyatik, sinir dağılımı icerisinde kalca ve bacağın posterior yüzünün aşağısınadoğru yayılan bir ağrıdır. Siyatalji genellikle lomber sinir koÅNklerinden L4,5,S1,2,3basısına bağlı yada siyatik sinirin kendisinin bası altında kalmasına bağlı oluşur. Sıklıkla40-50 yaşlar arasında ve erkekleri kadınlarda daha sık etkiler. İnflamatuar, immünolojikve basıncla ilgili süreclerin karmaşık etkileşiminin siyatalji gelişiminde etkili olabileceğiüzerine kanıtlar mevcuttur. Siyataljinin tek nedeninin herniye nükleus pulposusolmadığı mutlaka akla getirilmelidir. Neyse ki siyatalji vakalarının büyük kısmı kendinisınırlar ve birkac ay icerisinde düzelme eğilimi goÅNsterir. Bazı durumlarda kronikleşir
ve tedavisi zor olabilir.
