Evde Sağlık Hastası Örneğinde Derin Ven Trombozu ve Tromboflebit

ÖzDerin ven trombozu (DVT) derin venöz sistem damarlarında oluşan pıhtılaşma sonucunda kan akımının tam veya kısmi olarak sağlanamamasıdır. DVT pulmoner emboli (PE) ve geç dönemde posttromboflebitik sendroma neden olabileceğinden yaşlı hastaların yaşam kalitesi ve süresinde kötü sonuçlar yaratabilmektedir(1).Tromboflebit iseyüzeyel venlerde pıhtı ve inflamasyondur. Erken tanı ve tedavi, koruyucu önlemler buhastalıkların sonuçlarında ciddi oranda olumlu etki yapmaktadır (2). Bazen 67 yaşındaki evde sağlık hastamızda olduğu gibi tanı koymak ve tedavi takibi zor olabilmektedir.Semptomlar belirgin olmayabilir bu nedenle her branşdan hekimin bu hastalarda dikkat-li olması gereklidir.

Deep Venous Thrombosis and Thrombophlebitis inthe Case of Home Health Patient

AbstractDeep vein thrombosis is the inability to provide full or partial blood flow due to clotting in deep venous system vessels. Pulmonary embolism and post morbid bleed syndrome in the late period may lead to poor quality of life of elderly patients(1). Thrombophlebitis is superficial venous clots and inflammation. Early diagnosis and treatment and preventive measures seriously affect the outcomes of these diseases (2). Sometimes itis difficult to diagnose and follow the treatment, as it is in our 67 year old home care patient. Symptoms may not be obvious so every branch physician should be careful in these patients.
