This paper deals with the conflict solving strategies regarding Cyprus. One of the strategies evolves as an international effort to solve the conflict within Turkey‟ s EU membership negations. The second one is to find ways of solving the conflict through negotiations between the two parties on the Island, namely the Greek and Turkish Cypriots. Respectively, the newly rising structure will be assessed
