Kritik Durumdaki Hastalarda Pace Maker Enfeksiyonunun Sınırlı Müdahale ile Yönetimi.
Güncel literatüre göre; kalp pili enfeksiyonları cihaz, lead çıkarma ve sistemik antibiyoterapi ile tedavi edilir. Burada kritik durumdaki hastada kısmen konservatif, kısmen cerrahi tedavi stratejisi bildirdik. Olgumuz kısmen pace ve lead çıkarma ve geniş debridman ile salin – hidrojen peroksit irrigasyonu, lokal toz Rifampisin ve cebe Vankomisin uygulaması ile başarılı bir şekilde tedavi edildi.

Conservative Management of An Infected Pace Maker in A Critically ill Patient.
Abstract
According to current literature; pace maker infections are treated with device, lead removal and systemic antibiotherapy. We here reported partially conservative treatment strategy in critically ill patient. Our case was successfully treated with partially pace and lead removal and extensive debridement with saline – hydrogen peroxide irrigation, local powdered Rifampicin and Vancomycin application in to pocket.
