Grupla psikolojik danışmada etkili bir terapötik güç olan psikolojik danışman gruptaki diğer terapötik güçler olan ait olma, güven, gruba katılma, sorumluluk alma, açıklık, gruba hazır olma, terapötik gerilim, beklentiler, grup tarafından kabul, grubun çekiciliği, geri-bildirim grubun üyeleri gibi öğeler arasındaki dengeyi saylayan bir işleve sahiptir. Lider, grup sürecinde tüm bu öğelerden etkilenip aynı zamanda her birini etkileme durumundadır. Bu makalede grupla psikolojik danışmada etkili bir terapötik güç olan psikolojik danışmanın sahip olduğu terapötik beceriler, kişilik özellikleri, liderlik tarzı ve grup içerisindeki rolü ve işlevleri üzerinde durulmuştur.

PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELOR AS A THERAPEUTIC FORCE IN GROUP COUNSELING

As an effective therapeutic force in group counseling, the psychological counselor has a function to provide equilibrium among other therapeutic forces such as belonging to the group, confidence, participation in the group, taking responsibility, openness, readiness, therapeutic tension, expectations, acceptance by the group, attractiveness of the group, group members and feedback. In the process of group counseling, the leader is not only affected by all of these forces, at the same time the leader influences the other forces. In this article, it is aimed to investigate the therapeutic skills, the personality, the leadership style, the role and the functions of the group counselor.
