Bildiride geleneksel Altay Doktrini’ne dayalı modern insanın ekolojiksel bilincin oluşumu açıklanmıştır. Avrasya’nın modern etnik ve kültürel alanında geleneklerin oluşmasının temelleri, siyasi istikrarın ve sosyal gelişmesinin şartları olarak nitelenmiştir. Yazara göre geleneksel bilgiler insanın çevresi ile yaptığı gözle görülmez temasların bir bütünüdür ve tarihsel gelişmelerde gelenek ve adetlerin bir oluşumu olarak meydana gelmiştir. 

The idea of formation of ecological consciousness of civilised mankind on the basis of the traditional Altaic doctrine is revealed in article. The traditional bases of formation of modern ethno-cultural space of Eurasia are considered as a condition of political stability and social progress. Traditional knowledge, according to the author, is an information complex of invisible interactions of the person with environment, and in the course of historical development they are formed as the arch of traditions and customs.
