GEBELİKTE EGZERSİZİN BEL AĞRILARI VE LORDOZ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ
Amaç: Gebelik bel ağrılarında egzersizin etkisini incelemek.Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bel ağrısı olan toplam 65 gebede ağrı skorları ve lordoz açısı 18. gebelik haftasında değerlendirildi. Sonrasında iki gruba ayrıldı. Grup 1’ e (n= 33) 6 hafta boyunca egzersiz tedavisi verildi. Grup 2’ ye (n= 32) rutin takip yapıldı. Gebeler 21. ve 24. gebelik haftalarında bu parametreler açısından tekrar değerlendirildi.Bulgular: Grup 1 ve Grup 2’ de 18. ve 21. gebelik haftalarında ağrı skorlarında anlamlı fark izlenmedi. 24. gebelik haftasında Grup 1’ de 14.6, grup 2’ de 18.0 olarak anlamlı fark izlendi (p< 0.001). Lordoz açısından anlamlı fark izlenmedi.Sonuç: Gebelikte bel ağrılarında egzersiz faydalı olarak saptanmıştır. Ancak egzersizin lordoz açısına etkisi belirlenmemiştir.
