ÖZET: Çinko ve bakır esansiyel metaller olarak bilinmesine ve pek çok enzim sisteminde görev almasına rağmen yüksek konsantrasyonlarda toksik etki göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada Kadife balığı (Tinca tinca L., 1758) için bu metallerin 96 saatlik LC50 değerlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda çinko ve bakır için 96 saatlik LC50 değerleri sırasıyla 20.79 (%95 güven aralığı; 17.39-23.98) ve 1.13 (%95 güven aralığı; 1.06–1.20) mg l-1 olarak bulunmuştur. In this study it was aimed to determine the 96 h LC50 values of zinc and copper, for tench (Tinca tinca L.,1758).
