Bu araştırma çeşitli ırklardan 10 Theileriozisli sığır ile sağlıklı 10 sığır üzerinde yapıldı. Her iki gruptaki hayvanların EDTA'lı kan örneklerinden total eritrosit, lökosit, hematokrit, hemoglobin, MCV değerleri ölçüldü. Periferik kan frotileri mikroskobik olarak incelendi. Vena jugularisten alınan heparinli kan örneklerinden kan pH, $pCO_2, HCO_3, pO_2, %O_2$ SAT değerleriyle baz açıkları ölçüldü. Theileriosisli hayvanlarda Hb, PCV, RBC değerlerinin sağlıklı sığırlara göre önemli düzeyde (p
This study was made performed on ten catties, with theileriosis and 10 healty crossbred cattle. Total erytrocyte (RBC), leucocyte (WBC), hematocryte (PCV), hemoglobin (Hb) and mean cell corpuscular volume (MCV) values were meas¬ured from blood samples containing EDTA. Peripheral blood smears were examined that taken from both groups of an¬imals. Blood pH, $pCO_2, pO_2, HCO_3$ , BE (baz excess), and SAT $%O_2$ values were measured from venous blood samples with heparin. There was significant decline (p<0.001) in Hb, PCV, RBC and non-significant decline (p>0.05) WBC values in theileria infected animals compared to healty animals. It was determined that occured metabolic acidosis in theileria infected animals. Mean blood pH was found as 7.275±0.093, mean $pCO_2$ value as 34.160±1.028 mmHg, mean $pO_2$ value as 25.190±1.321, baz excess (BE) value -8.230±-2.250 in theileria infected animals. On the contrary mean blood pH, $pCO_2, pO_2, HCO_3$ and base excess (BE) values were found 7.412±0.822, 56.610±5.593, 25.990±0.696, 0.869±0.806 respectively in healty group. Urinanalysis was shown that acidic urine pH in six theileria infected animals and proteinuri in nine animals. Kidney epithel cells, erytrocytes and leucocytes were found by microscopic examination in all theileria infected animals.
