Köpeklerde deneysel akut digoksin toksikasyonunda lidokain'in etkisi üzerinde çalışmalar

Bu çalışmada her biri 4 köpekten oluşan 3 grup hayvanda, digoksin'in değişik dozlarıyla toksikasyon denemeleri yapıldı. I. gruba 0.1 mg/kg, II. gruba 0.2mg/kg (Kontrol), III. gruba 0.2 mg/kg dozda digoksin l.V. yolla uygulandı. Üçüncü gruptaki hayvanlarda EKG bulguları izlenerek 4 mg/kg dozda lidokain hidroklorür İ.V. yolla verildi. Her üç gruptaki hayvanlarda digoksin enjeksiyonunu takiben kusma, sık defekasyon, ürnasyon ve saldırganlık belirtileri saptandı. Birinci gruptaki hayvanların 4 günlük EKG bulguları incelendiğinde; digoksin enjeksiyonunu takiben üç saat sonra bradikardi, ST dalgasında çökme, 2 ve 3. günlerde taşikardi, 4. günde normal ritim, II. ve III. gruptaki hayvanlarda ventriküler aritmi, 2. derece AV blokajı, ventriküler fibrilasyon ve bunu takiben ölümler gözlendi. Üçüncü gruptaki hayvanların birinde tedavi amaçlı lidokain uygulamasını takiben EKG ve klinik bulgularda iyileşme oluşurken, diğer hayvanların hepsinin lidokain enjeksiyonuna rağmen öldükleri gözlendi. Birinci gruptaki hayvanların 4 günlük hematolojik incelemelerinde; total eritrosit (RBG), total lökosit (WBC), hematokrit (PCV) değerlerinde istatistiksel bir farklılık gözlenmezken, hemoglobin (Hb) değerlerinde 4. gün, 1. güne göre yüksek (p

Studies on the effect of lidocaine in acute digoxin toxication inducet experimentally

In this study, the toxication experiments were made in three groups incluinding four dogs of each, using with different doses of digoxin. Digoxin were applied 0.1 and 0.2 mg/kg in doses intravenously to the 1st and 2nd group in sequence. Group 2 was designated as control. Lidocaine hydrochloride was applied 4 mg/kg in doses intravenously when digoxin toxicosis observed. The frequent defacation, urination and excitation symptomes were observed in response to digoxin toxicosis in all groups. As a result of evaluation of EGG recording during four days after the digoxin application, the bradycardia and ST segment deviation at three hours, sinusal tachcardia, in 2 nd and 3 rd days, and normal sinusal rhythm in the first group and the 2 nd degree AV blockage, ventricular arrhythmia and fibrillation followed by deaths in 2 nd and 3 rd groups of animals were observed after digoxin toxication. Only one animals of 3 rd groups recovered that was determined by clinical observation and ECG findings following lidocaine HC1 application, but remained animals were died even lidocaine were injected. Whereas it has not been found any significant different among the group in total erytrocytes (RBC), white blood cell (WBC) counts and haematocrit (PCV) value, the haemoglobin (Hb) has been determined in higher value in the first days concerning fourth days (p
