Tedarikçi seçiminde kullanılan çok kriterli karar verme metotları

In today's business world, enterprises setting bilateral positive partnerships with suppliers increases the product quality, reduces the costs of raw materials or semi-finished products, provides flexible production and most importantly contributes to customer satisfaction. Therefore, it is vital for decision makers to choose the right supplier in an effective supply chain. In this study, multicriteria decision-making methods used in supplier selection are introduced and 153 articles on supplier selection in the literature, studied especially in the last 20 years, have been analyzed using multiple criteria decision-making methods. In addition to the methods usage of singular, integrated, classical or fuzzy in these academic studies, the sectors of the selected suppliers are also analyzed. It is concluded that mostly AHP and fuzzy TOPSIS methods are used in supplier selection, interest in fuzzy methods has increased in recent years and SS studies have been done more in sectors that require technology.
