Uluslararası Makalelerde Mülteci Çocuklar İçin Öyküsel Terapinin KIDNET Yaklaşımı Üzerine Bir Derleme Çalışması

Dünya çapında mevcut durumda mülteci oranı 32.5 milyondur. Bu oranın çoğunluğunu mülteci çocuklar oluşturmaktadır. Literatüre bakıldığında mülteci çocukların şiddet, alışmış olduğu bağlamdan ayrılma, evlerinden edilme, kayba kaldıkları görülür. Bu sebeple öyküsel terapinin KIDNET yaklaşımın mülteci çocukların travmatik deneyimlerini azaltmak için önem kazandığı görülmektedir. Türkiye’de mülteci çocuk oranının dikkate değer bir sayıdadır ve buna yönelik araştırmaların yürütülmektedir. Bu araştırma makalesinde diğer araştırmalardan farklı olarak uluslararası makalelerde KIDNET yaklaşımının yer aldığı çalışmalar incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın genel amacı öyküsel terapinin çocuklar için maruz kalma yaklaşımı olan KIDNET’in mülteci çocuklarla kullanılmasına dair yapılan uluslararası çalışmaların derlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu çalışma nitel yöntemlerden, durum analizi deseniyle yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Google Scholar, EBSCO veri tabanlarında “narrative therapy”, “narrative exposure therapy”, “KIDNET”, “Refugee Children” anahtar kelimeleriyle yapılan tarama sonuçları oluşturmaktadır. Elde edilen bulguların; tarih, tür, çalışma grubu ve değişkenler başlıklarında toplanmasıyla, araştırmanın amacına uygun olan 10 uluslararası makale olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak, yapılan çalışmalarda KIDNET yaklaşımının felsefesine uygun olarak yapıldığında mülteci çocuklar için etkili olduğu ve travmatik deneyimleri azalttığı görülmektedir.
