KUTAHYA KAPLICA SULARININ TOHUM ÇiMLENMESi UZERiNE ETKiLERi

Bu cahsrnada 10 farkh bitki tohumunun cimlenrnesi Uzerine Kutahya'daki kaplicasulanrnn etkileri arasunlrmsnr, Tohumlar Petri kutulannda cimlendirilmistir.Sonuc olarak; biber.pathcan ve fig tohurnlanrnn cirnlenrne yuzdesi bUtUn kaphcasulan tarafmdan artmlrmstir. Buna mukabil aycicegi ve domates tohurnlannmcirnlenmeleri onemli derecede olumsuz etkilenmistir. Bugday, arpa, nohut, fasulyeve hiyar tohumlan uzerinde kaphca sulanrun etkileri onemli bulunmarmstrr. Enolumsuz etkiye Simav ve Gediz kaphca sulanrun sahip olduklan tesbit edilmistir.Bu etkilerin sebebi, kaphca sulanrun icerdikleri toksik elementlerle ilgili olaraktartisrlrmsnr.

EFFECT OF KUTAHYA GEOTHERMAL WATERS ON SEED GERMINATION

this study, the effects of Kutahya geothermal waters on seedgermination of 10 different plant species was searched. The seeds weregerminated in Petri dishes. As a result, percent germination of pepper, eggplantand vetch seeds were increased by all the geothermal waters. On the other hand,seed germination of sun-flower and tomato were inhibited by all the geothermalwaters used. There wasn't any significant effect of the geothermal waters onwheat, barley, chick-pea, bean and cucumber seed germination. Simav andGediz geothermal waters had a most negative effect on seed germination. Thereason for this was discussed from point of the toxic elements contained in the waters.
