DETERMINATION OF THE TRACE ELEMENTS IN BORON CLAYS OF EMET - ESPEY REGION

The trace elements in boron clays which is the waste of Eti – Maden Factory in Espey area is determined. It is observed that particularly boron clay samples were contained significant amount of some valuable trace elements. Importance of lithium, rubidium, cesium, titanium etc.will increase that the result of rapid changing tecnology and increasing research and development activities from year to year. There is no activity that the production of these elements lithium, rubidium and cesium. It is known that there is not a systematical production of titanium bearing minerals and needs met by imports.
