ÇEMENOTU (Trigonellafoenum-graecum L.) TOHUMLARININ ÇİMLENMESİ ÜZERİNE BAZI KİMYASAL MADDELERİN ETKİSİ

Bu cahsmada bazi kimyasal bilesiklerin cemenctunun (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) cimlenmesi tizerine etkileri arastmldi. Cernen tohumlan dokuz farkh kimyasal bilesik ile muamele edildi ve rsik-karanlrk ortarnlarda ayn ayn cimlendirildi. Boylece cemenotunun farkh kimyasal maddelere karst cimlenme toleransi arastmldi. Sonuclanmiza gore cemen tohumlan bazi kimyasal bilesiklerde (AlK(S04)z. CUS04, ZnS04, MnS04, MgS04, KN03) ve kontrol olarak kullarulan saf suda yuksek, bazi kimyasallarda (K2S04, CaCh NaN03) ise dusuk cimlenme oranlan gostermistir. Verilerimiz rsigmda bitki btinyesi icin gerekli kimyasal maddelerden hangilerinin Trigonella foenum-graecum L.'un cimlenmesine pozitif yonde etki yaptrgi belirlenmeye cahsrlrrustrr.

In this study, effects of some chemical compounds on germination of cumrnin tTrigonella foenum-graecum L.) were investigated. Cumrnin seeds have been treated with nine different chemical compounds and germinated separately at light-dark environments. Thus germination tolerance of cummin against to different chemical substances was investigated. According to our results cumrnin seeds has been showed high germination rates at some chemical compounds (AlK(S04h, CUS04, ZnS04, MnS04, MgS04, KN03) and distilled water using as control; low germination rates at some chemicals (K2S04, CaCh, NaN03). According to our results it has been determined that which are the chemical matters required for plants have effected as positive on germination of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.
