DOES BUSİNESS SATİSFACTİON AFFECT THE LİFE SATİSFACTİON? EXAMPLE OF HEALTH SCİENCES ACADEMİCS

This research was conducted in a descriptive way to identify the levels of businesssatisfaction and life satisfaction of individuals working as academics in healthcare science. The study was sampled by academics working in the health sciences faculty/colletas in the cities of Nigde, Tokat, Batman and Kayseri, who agreed to participate in the study from 3 February to 31 March 2020. The exercise of the research was approved by the Ethics Council of Nigde Omer Halisdemir University; the University of Omer Halisdemir, the University of Tokat Gaziosmanpasa, Batman University and Kayseri Erciyes. The data was collected by researchers using a questionnaire form for the academic demographic characteristics of academics, Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnare (MSQ) andThe Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWL). This research evaluated the data using appropriate analysis methods including SPSS packet programs, Independent t-Test, Pearson Correlation Test and One Way ANOVA Teston the computer.
