Evaluation of serum perlecan levels in pregnancy with mild and severe preeclampsia

Aim: To determine the levels of perlecan, which contributes to autophagy inhibition and angiogenesis, in severe and mild preeclamptic women. Material and Method: A total of 89 patients including severe preeclampsia, group 1 (n: 30), mild preeeclampsia, group 2 (n: 30) and control group, group 3 (n: 29) were included in the study.
