Türkiye’de 6-12 Yaş Futbolunun (Grassroots) Geliştirme ve Sürdürülmesine Yönelik Model Önerisi
Türkiye’de futbolun milyonlarca kişi tarafından sevilmesi, takip edilmesi ve sokaklarda oynanmasına rağmen uluslararası platformda birçok ülkenin gerisinde olması toplum tarafından kabul edilen bir altyapı sorununun getirisidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de 6-12 yaş çocuk futbolu (Grassroots) faaliyetlerinin geliştirilme ve sürdürülmesine yönelik bir model önerisinde bulunmaktır. Çalışmada yöntem olarak nitel araştırma kullanılmış ve olgubilim (fenomenoloji) deseninden yararlanılmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu uygulanmış ve toplamda 15 kişiyle görüşme yapılmıştır. Görüşmede toplanan veriler yazıya geçirilerek düzenlenmiş, kodlamaları yapılmış ve temalar oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma neticesinde alternatif beş farklı model önerisi tasarlanmış, minimum paydaş sayısı, kurum içi hızlı iletişim ağı ve bünyesindeki beden eğitimi öğretmeni gücüyle MEB / Okul aracılığındaki model, dinamik şebeke organizasyon yapısıyla uygulanabilecek en iyi model olarak düşünülmüştür.

6-12 Age Football (Grassroots) Development and Sustainable Model in Turkey
The purpose of this study is to propose a model for development and sustainability of football of 6-12 years old children (Grassroots) in Turkey. In the study, qualitative research was used as a method and the design of phenomenology was utilized. In the collection of the data, a semi-structured interview form was applied and a total of 15 interviews were conducted. After the data collected from interviews was written, it was edited, coded and themes were formed. As a result of the research, five alternative model proposals have been designed and, with its minimum number of stakeholders, its rapid intra-organizational communication network and physical education teacher power within it, the model through MoNE (Ministry of National Education) / School have been considered as the best model to be implemented with its dynamic network organization structure.
