Anaesthetic Management of Bronchoscopic Removal of Inhaled Foreign Bodies Sixty five patients, 23 female and 42 male, mainly in the age group of 2 - 5 years have been evaluated. Age and sex distributions of the patients, intervais between the aspiration of foreign body and bronchoscopy, "x • ray" findings. type and bronchoscopic location of foreing body duration of hospitalization, anaesthetic and bronchoscopic management as well as per and post - operative complications have been analysed and compared with those reported.
