Köpeklerde Koledokotomilerin T-Tüpü Drenajı ile Kapatılmalarıyla Primer Kapatılmalarının Radyolojik ve Histropatolojik Karşılaştırılması

Radiologic And Histopathologic Comparison Of T-Tube Drainage And Primary Closure Of Choledochotomies Performed On Dogs There groups of dogs are taken. First group: On this group cholecystectomy and T-tube drainage was performed and T-tubes were removed after twelve days. Second group : Cholecystectomy and primary closure was performed. Third group is the control group. During the operations cholangiorgraphy and manometric studies were done. Three to six months later all the groups were reoperated, cholangiographic and manometric studies were repeated. Then common bile ducts of all groups were removed for histopathological examination. All the findings in first and second group were compared with each other and with the control group. In the first group due to irritation of the T-tube the wall of the common bile duct showed fibrotic thickening. As opposed to this group, in the second group on which primary closure was performed, minimal fibrosis was seen in the wall of the common bile duct. In addition to these findings in the group which had T-tube drainage, radiologically the common bile duct showed a considerable degree of enlargement and histopathologically cystic dilatation of the common bile duct wall.
