Burada sol talamik yerleşimli düşük gradeli astrositoma bağlı sağ kolda intansiyonel el tremoru olan 11 yaşında kız olgu sunulmaktadır. Tümör sol silvian fissür girişimi ile çıkarıldı. Çocukluk yaş grubunda nadir görülen bu semptom literatür bilgilerinin ışığı altında tartışılmaktadır.
