SUMMARY Benign Intracranial Hypertension in Behcet Syndrome (Case Report) Two patients with Behcet's disease presenting as benign intracranial hypertension are reported and the literature is reviewed in this paper. We suggest that benign intracranial hypertension is not rare in Behcet's disease. For this reason a careful history and examination for evidence of Behcet's disease should be undertaken in patients who have findings of benign intracranial hypertension.
