Behçet Hastalığında Angiolenfoid Hiperplazi ve Eozinofili

Angiolenfoid hiperplazi ve eozinofili nedeni bilinmeyen, tipik olarak baş ve boyun bölgesinde yerleşen nadir damarsal bir hastalıktır. İlk kez 1969 yılında Wells ve Whimster tarafından tanımlanmıştır. Daha sonra 1979’da Rosai histiositoid hemanjiom olarak sınıflandırmıştır. Bu çalışmada Behçet hastalığı tanısı ile izlenen olguda saptanan angiolenfoid hiperplazi ve eozinofili, histomorfolojik özellikleri ve Behçet ile birlikteliği konularına odaklanılarak literatür eşliğinde tartışılmıştır.Angiolenfoid hiperplazi ve eozinofili (ALHE) nedeni bilinmeyen, baş boyun bölgesinde görülen, nadir, damarsal bir hastalıktır. İlk kez 1969 yılında Wells ve Whimster tarafından tanımlanmış ve Kimura hastalığı (KH) ile özdeş olduğu ileri sürülmüştür (Wells ve Whimster, 1969). Rosai ve arkadaşları 1979’da Kimura ve ALHE hastalığının histopatolojik özellikleri açısından farklı olduklarını ileri sürmüşlerdir (Rosai ve ark., 1979). Sonrasında birçok araştırmacı Kimura hastalığı ve ALHE’nin iki ayrı antite olduğunu kabul etmiştir (Googe ve ark., 1987; Urabe ve ark., 1987; Kuo ve ark., 1988; Li ve ark., 1996; Soo ve Hye, 1997; Chong ve ark., 2006).
