The maternal characteristics were observed in 225 newborn. There was a significant statistical relationship between foetal sex and foetal height (t:1.86, p0.05 and r:0.04, p>0.05 respectively). Additionally there was a significant statistical relationship between foetal sex and vena umbilicalis diameter (1:1.93, p0.05). 225 Yenidoğan ve bunlara ait maternal özellikler incelendi.
