Optik Disk ve Peripapiller Koroideanın Floresein Anjiografik Dolaşım Özellikleri

Fluorescein Angiographic Features of the Optic Disc and Peripapillary Choroidea In this investigation, with an aim of supplying a basis for clinical studies in prospect, circulation of the disc and peripapillary choroidea was evaluated by refined fluorescein angiographic methods and basic findings and definitions relevant to posterior pole circulation were defined. Two main types of defects observed in optic disc circulation were namely absolute and relative, and it was noted that absolute defects had greater prognostic significance. Emphasis was made on lesser clinical importance of peripapillary choroideal filling defects and circulatory delay when compared with those in the optic disc circulation and meanings of posterior pole circulatory defects were discussed additionally.
