Tuberculosis In a Patient With Behcet's Disease Using Cyclosporin -A ✓ If conventional therapy is ineffective in the treatment of Behcet's disease with oculer lesions, it is possible to get success with cyclosporin -A theraphy. The most known side effect of cyclosporin-A that is a selective immunosupressive agent, is nephrotoxicity. It is accepted that enfection and malignancy risks increase during immunotherapy. In this study pulmoner tuberculosis which occurred during the treatment of Behcet's disease with cyclosporin A, is reported. In our country's conditions, because of the developing risk of tuberculosis and the other infection diseases increase during immunosupressive theraphy, these patients is needed to examine carefully. ✓ Göz tutulumu olan Behçet Hastalarında konvansiyonel tedaviden yanıt alınamayan olgularda Siklosporin-A ile iyi sonuçlar alınabilmektedir. Selektif bir immünosupressif ajan olan Siklosporin-A'nm bilinen en önemli yan etkisi nefrotoksisitedir. immünosupressif tedavi sırasında enfeksiyon ve malignansi riskinin arttığı kabul edilir. Bu yazıda Siklosporin-A tedavisi başlanan Behçet Hastası olgusunda ortaya çıkan akciğer tüberkülozu rapor edildi. Ülkemiz koşullarında immünosupressif tedavi sırasında tüberküloz ve diğer enfeksiyon hastalıkları gelişimi açısından yakın izlem gerekliliği vurgulandı.
