lMultiple Variative Formation in a Skull During the laboratory studies, multiple variative formation was encountered in a skull. It was determined that the anterior clinoid process joined with middle clinoid process and formed carottcoclinoid foramen bilaterally. In addition hypoglossal canal was divided thoroughly by a bone tissue in the occipital bone on the right side, and condylar canal wasn't formed at the lateral part of the occipital bone on the left side. Laboratuar çalışmaları sırasında birden fazla varyatif oluşum içeren kafatası tespit edildi. Yapılan incelemelerde bu kafatasında os sphenoidale'de bilateral olarak processus clinoideus anterior ve medius'ların birleşerek foramen caroticoclinoideum oluşturdukları; os occipitale'de sağ tarafta canalis nervi hypoglossi'nin kemik dokusu tarafından tamamen ikiye bölündüğü; yine os occipitale'nin sol lateral parçasında canalis condylaris'in bulunmadığı tespit edildi.
