Overde Malign Mikst Müllerian Tümör: İki Olgu Sunumu‡

Overin malign müllerian mikst tümörü (karsinosarkom) karsinomatöz ve sarkomatöz komponentleri birlikte içeren nadir görülen agresif seyirli bir tümördür. Tüm over tümörleri içinde %1’den daha az oranda izlenir ve olguların önemli bir kısmı düşük pariteye sahip postmenapozal kadınlardır. Yazımızda histopatolojik ve immünohistokimyasal bulguları ile overin malign müllerian mikst tümörü olarak değerlendirilen iki olgu nadir görülmesi nedeniyle sunuldu ve literatür ışığında tartışıldı. It accounts for less than 1% of all ovarian tumors and tend to occur in low parity postmenopausal women. In this report, histopathological and immunohistochemically findings of two cases of malignant mixed mullerian tumor that is presented because of its rarity and discussed in the light of literature.
