Günübirlik Anestezi Uygulaması

Günübirlik cerrahi girişimler; hastaların ameliyat edilecekleri gün içinde hastaneye kabul edilip aynı gün taburcu edildikleri girişimlerdir. Günübirlik cerrahinin diğer avantajları; erken taburcu olma, hasta memnuniyeti ve nazokomilyal enfeksiyon riskinin düşük olmasıdır. Bu hastalarda, anestezi tekniğinin seçimi hastanın kliniğine, cerrahi girişimin şekline ve cerrahi ekipmana bağlıdır. Anestezi tekniği, postoperatif bulantı-kusma ve ağrı insidansının düşük olmasını, erken derlenmeyi sağlamalıdır. Bu yazıda günübirlik girişimlerdeki anestezi için hasta seçimi, preanestezik değerlendirme, preoperatif yaklaşım, risk faktörleri tartışıldı. Anahtar kelimeler: Günübirlik anestezi, hasta seçimi Outpatient Anesthesia Management In outpatient surgical procedures, patients are admitted to hospital on the day of surgery and discharged from the hospital on the same day. Other advantages of outpatient surgery include earlier ambulation, patient convenience, and a lessened risk of nosocomial infection. In these patients, the choise of anesthesia technique depends on patient clinic, nature of the surgical procedure, and surgery team. Anesthesia technique should provid rapid, clear-headed wake-up with a low incidence of nause/vomiting and pain. In this review, patient selection, preanesthetic evaluation, preoperative management, risk factors involved in the safe and efficient administration of anesthesia for outpatient surgery is discussed. Key words: Outpatient anesthesia, patient selection
