ST yükselmesi olmayan akut koroner sendromlar
Akut koroner sendrom (AKS) terimi koroner plak yırtılması sürecinde oluşan iskemik durumların bütününü tanımlamak için geliştirilmiştir. ST yükselmesi olmayan AKS’ler; ST yükselmesi olmayan, ancak hasar belirteçlerinde yükselme ile ispat edilmiş miyokard hasarı bulunanlar [ST yükselmesi olmayan miyokard infarktüsü (NSTEMI)] ve kararsız anjinalı (unstable angina; UA) hastalar olarak iki gruba ayrılır. UA ve NSTEMI AKS’lerin sebebi genellikle aterosklerotik hastalıktır. Ortak bir patofizyolojiyi paylaşabilirler ve ilk sunu sırasında birbirinden ayırt edilemeyebilirler; risk tabakalandırması yaklaşımı ve tedavi aynıdır ve bu sendromlar sadece kardiyak biyobelirteçlerde yükselme olup olmaması ile ayırt edilirler. Non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndromes Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is the term which defines ischemic conditions developed as a result of coronary plaque rupture. ACS without ST elevation is divided into 2 groups as, non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) and unstable angina (UA). In NSTEMI, damage has been demonstrated by elevated markers of myocardial injury. Atherosclerotic disease is usually the cause of NSTEMI and UA that share a common pathophysiology and can not be distinguished from each other during the first presentation. Risk stratification and treatment approach are the same and the presence or absence of these syndromes is distinguished by only the increase in cardiac biomarkers. J. Exp. Clin.
