Endometrioid tip endometriyal adenokarsinomun boyuna metastazı: Olgu sunumu

Boyunda metastatik kitleler sıklıkla larenks, nazofarenks, hipofarenks, oral kavite, tiroit kanserlerinden gelişmektedir. Boyuna uzak organ metastazı olarak endometrium kanserinin yayılımı oldukça nadir görülmektedir. Bu olguda endometriyal adenokarsinom nedeniyle opere olan, postoperatif radyoterapi ve kemoterapi alan ve kliniğimize bir yıl sonra boyunda kitle yakınmasıyla başvuran bir hasta sunulmaktadır. Kitleden alınan ince iğne aspirasyon biyopsisi nekrotik dokular nedeniyle patolojik değerlendirme için yetersiz bulunmuş ve bunun üzerine yapılan insizyonel biyopsi endometrioid tip endometriyal adenokarsinom metastazı olarak raporlanmıştır. Bu vaka boyuna metastaz yapan ilk endometrioid tip endometriyal adenokarsinom olarak bildirilmektedir.
