Sağlıklı gençlerde kısa dönem dinamik stabilizasyon eğitiminin esneklik, kassal endurans ve dinamik denge üzerine etkileri: rastgele kontrollü çalışma
Amaç: Bu çalışma, kısa dönem dinamik stabilizasyon eğitiminin sağlıklı gençlerde esneklik, kassal endurans ve dinamik denge üzerine etkisini incelenmek amacıyla planlandı.Yöntem: Çalışmaya 42 sağlıklı genç dahil edildi (22 kadın, 20 erkek, yaş ort=23,1±1,7 yıl). Katılımcılar, eğitim grubu (N=22) ve kontrol grubu (N=20) olacak şekilde randomize olarak iki gruba ayrıldı. Katılımcıların esnekliği otur-uzan, üst ekstremite enduransı modifiye push-up, gövde enduransı mekik, lateral köprü ve Biering Sorensen, alt ekstremite enduransı otur kalk ve dinamik dengesi Y denge testi kullanılarak değerlendirildi. Tüm değerlendirmeler başlangıçta ve 3. haftanın sonunda uygulandı. Gövde stabilizatör kaslarının aktif hale getirilmesiyle birlikte stabilizasyon toplarının kullanıldığı dinamik stabilizasyon eğitimi, haftada 3 gün 3 hafta süresince yapıldı. Kontrol grubuna herhangi bir müdahale yapılmadı.Bulgular: Başlangıç ve 3. hafta sonundaki veriler incelendiğinde, dinamik stabilizasyon eğitim grubunda; mekik, Biering Sorensen ve otur kalk testlerinde ve y denge testinin sağ anterior, sol anterior ve posterolateral uzanım yönlerinde iyileşme görüldü (p<0,05). Kontrol grubunda herhangi gelişme görülmedi (p>0,05). Tüm testlerin delta değerleri gruplar arasında karşılaştırıldığında; sadece Biering Sorensen testinde ve Y denge testi sol anterior ve posterolateral uzanım yönlerinde dinamik stabilizasyon eğitim grubu lehine anlamlı sonuçlara ulaşıldı (p<0,05).Tartışma:Kısa dönem dinamik stabilizasyon eğitimi, sağlıklı gençlerde gövde ve alt ekstremite kassal enduransı ve dinamik denge üzerine olumlu etkiler yaratmıştır.
