Warfarin Birlikteliğinde Hyoscyamus Niger Kullanımına Bağlı Deliryum Olgusu

-Hyoscyamus niger, antikolinerjik maddeler içeren, kolay bulunabilen ve oldukça yaygın hallusinojenik bir bitkidir. Bitkinin alımı, santral ve periferik etkilerle birlikte deliryuma neden olabilir. Bu olgu sunumunda acil serviste ajitasyon, uykusuzluk, görsel hallusinasyonlar ile değerlendirilen ve warfarin kullanımı ile birlikte Hyoscyamus niger alımına bağlı deliryum tanısıyla izlenen bir vaka değerlendirilmiştir.

A Case of Delirium due to Hyoscyamus Niger with Warfarin

Hyoscyamus niger is a hallucinogenic plant, widely spread and easy accessible, which contains anticholinergic substances. Ingestion of this plant can cause central and peripheral symptoms and delirium. We present a case where the patient was evaluated for the agitated behavior, sleepness and hallucinations in the emergency unit and diagnosed as delirium due to Hyoscyamus niger with warfarin intoxication
