Spontan (Atravmatik) Dalak Rüptürü

Dalak genellikle künt abdominal travma sonrası rüptüre olan bir organdır. Travmatik dalak rüptürünün aksine, spontan (atravmatik) dalak rüptürü nadir görülen ve hayatı tehtid eden bir durumdur. Bu yazıda; acil servise karın ağrısı, bulantı kusma şikayetleri ile başvuran ve spontan dalak rüptürü saptanan bir olgu sunulmuş, konu güncel literatür bilgileri ışığında tartışılmıştır.

Spontaneous (Atraumatic) Splenic Rupture

The spleen is an organ that often ruptures after blunt abdominal trauma. Unlike traumatic splenic rupture, spontaneous (atraumatic) splenic rupture is a rare and life-threatening condition. In the present study, a case who was admitted to the emergency depertment with complaints of abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting was diagnosed as spontaneous rupture of spleen. This case is dicussed in light of the literature
