Nöbet ile Başvuran Moyamoya Hastalığı Olgu Sunumu

Moyamoya hastalığı intarakraniyal internal karotis arterlerin idiapotik steno-oklüzyonu ve anormal vasküler ağlar ile karakterizedir. Bu vaka sunumunda acil servise nöbet geçirme şikayeti ile başvuran otuz dört yaşındaki erkek hastaya, anamnez, muayene bilgisayarlı beyin tomografisi (BBT) ve dijital substraksiyon anjiyografi (DSA) ile Moyamoya hastalığı tanısı konuldu. Bu vaka ilk olarak nöbet ile başvurması ve nadir görülmesi nedeniyle sunuldu.

A Case Report of Moyamoya Disease Presenting with Seizure

Moyamoya disease is characterised by idiopathic steno-occlusion at the intracranial carotid arteries with concomitant abnormal vascular networks. In this case report, a 34 year old man presented to the emergency room with a complaint of seizure and was diagnosed with Moyamoya disease by history, examination, cranial computed tomography (CCT) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA). This case was reported as it is the first known example of a patient presenting initially with seizure, as well as the rarity of the disease
