Olgu Sunumu: Abdominal Histerektomi Sonrası Fallop Tüpü Prolapsusu

Histerektomi en sık uygulanan major jinekolojik cerrahi girişimdir. Histerektomi sonrası Fallop tüpünün vajen kafından prolapsusu ender görülen bir komplikasyondur. İnsidansının histerektomi sonrası %0.1 oranında olduğu ileri sürülmüştür. Bu olguda, 44 yaşındaki hastada total abdominal histerektomi sonrası tespit edilen vajen kafından Fallop tüpü prolapsusunu ve laparotomik cerrahi ile tedavisini sunmayı amaçladık.

Case Report: Fallopian Tube Prolapse following Abdominal Hysterectomy

Hysterectomy is the most commonly performed major gynecological surgery. Prolapse of the fallopian tube through vaginal vault following hysterectomy is a rare complication. Incidence of posthysterectomy vaginal dehiscence has been suggested as 0.1%. In this case, we present a 44-year-old patient who was diagnosed to have vaginal vault prolapse of the fallopian tube after total abdominal hysterectomy, and her treatment via laparotomic surgery
