Epidermolizis Büllozalı bir olguda rekürren Kornea Erozyonu

Epidermolizis bülloza (EB) konjenital, kalıtsal, vezikobüllöz bir hastalıktır. EB\'lı hastalarda göz tutulumu yaygındır ve yaklaşım oküler komplikasyonların ciddiyetine bağlıdır. Genel olarak düzenli suni gözyaşı tedavisi uygun yaklaşım olmaktadır ve görme düzeyleri korunabilmektedir.

Recurrent Corneal Erosion In An Epidermolysis Bullosa Patient

Epidermolysis bullosa is genetically determined, congenital and vesicobullous disease. Ophthalmic complications are common and treatment modality is associated with the severity of complications. The major treatment modality is use of ocular lubricants and visual acuity can be maintained.
