Stres, iş stresi ve sağlık ile etkileşimleri

İş stresi kişinin yaşam kalitesini olumsuz etkileyen önemli faktörlerden birisi olarak tanımlanabilir. İş stresinin kişinin hem psikolojik hem de fiziksel sağlığını olumsuz etkilediği ile ilgili bilgiler son yıllarda artış göstermiştir. Öte yandan var olan psikolojik ve fiziksel problemler de bireyde iş stresine ayrıca neden olabilir. Bu makalede stres, iş stresi ve sağlık ile etkileşimlerini araştıran çalışmalar gözden geçirilmiştir. Klin Den Ar Derg 2010; 1(1): 56-61

Stress, job stress and their interactions with health

Job stress can be defined as one of the important factors negatively affecting the quality of life. Data indicating the negative effects of job stress on both psychological and physical health have greatly increased during the recent years. On the other hand, preexisting psychological and physical problems may also cause job stress. The available studies on stress, job stress and their interaction with health were reviewed in present article. J Clin Exp Invest 2010; 1(1): 56-61
