Nonarteritik Anterior İskemik Optik Nöropati Tedavisinde Güncel Yaklaşımlar

Nonarteritik anterior iskemik optik nöropati (NAİON), 50 yaş üzeri erişkinlerde ani ve ağrısız görme kaybı sebebidir. Hastalığın etyopatogenezinde pek çok teori ortaya atılmakla birlikte en yaygın kabul edilen posterior silier dolaşımdaki bozulmalara bağlı akut iskemi gelişmesidir. Hastalıkta bazı tedavi yöntemleri uygulansa da etkileri sınırlıdır ve halen kesin bir tedavi yöntemi bulunmamaktadır. Bu derleme, NAİON hastalığında geliştirilen güncel yöntemleri değerlendirerek uygulanabilecek tedavi stratejilerine katkı sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır.
