Bakır Oksit Nanopartiküllerinin Clarias gariepinus’da Bazı Serum Parametreleri Üzerine Etkisi

Bu araştırmada bakır oksit nanopartiküllerinin (CuO NP) 1 ve 5 ppm derişimlerinin 7 günlük süreyle etkisinde C. gariepinus’un serum glikoz, total protein, albumin, kolesterol, trigliserit düzeyinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Serum parametrelerinin analizinde otoanalizatör cihazı kullanılmış olup, verilerin istatistik analizleri Varyans Analizi ve Student-Newman Keul’s Test (SNK) testleri uygulanarak yapılmıştır. Belirlenen süre ve derişimlerde Cu NP etkisinde balıklarda mortalite gözlenmemiştir. Deney süresi sonunda her iki derişimde de serum glikoz ve albümin düzeyleri artarken serum total protein, kolesterol ve trigliserid düzeyleri kontrole oranla azalmıştır.

Influence of copper oxide nanoparticles on some serum parameters of Clarias gariepinus

Effects of waterborne copper on serum glucose, total protein, albumin and triglyceride levels of C. gariepinus were determined after exposing the fish to 1 and 5 ppm copper applied as CuO nanoparticles (CuO NPs) over 7 day. Serum parameters were measured using an auto analyzer and statistical evaluation of the experimental data was carried out by Variance Analysis and Student Newman Keul’s Procedure (SNK). No mortality was observed during the experiments. Serum glucose and albumin levels increased while serum total protein, cholesterol and triglyceride levels decreased compared to control when exposed to both concentration of Cu NPs at the end of the 7th day.
