An interview with Pamela Shuler and Richard Schwartz: Identifying and nurturing musical talent

The identification, development, and nurturing of musical talent and abilities is an important aspect or element of the musical realm that needs to be explored. In this interview, two exceptionally talented musicians as well as music instructors respond to questions regarding music theory, music learning and musical performance. It is hoped that this interview will provide some insights to assist those involved in music curriculum, programming, instruction and mentoring.
