COVID-19 Enfeksiyonunda İnfertilite ve Yardımcı Üreme Tekniklerinin Yönetimi ve Hemşirelik

Özet Üreme sağlığında önemli bir yere sahip olan infertilite ve yardımcı üreme teknikleri yeni koronavirüs pandemisinden etkilenebilecek bir alandır. Salgının yayılmasının önlenmesine yönelik alınan tedbirler yardımcı üreme tekniklerini de kapsamaktadır. Bu amaçla ulusal ve uluslararası otoriteler tarafından bazı öneriler yayınlanmıştır. İnfertil hastalara yönelik bu öneriler tedavi programlarının ertelenmesini, COVID-19 semptomu gösteren hastaların yönetimini, doğurganlığın korunmasına yönelik girişimlerin düzenlenmesini, olası emosyonel etkinin azaltılmasına yönelik girişimleri, tedavilerin finansman sorunlarının düzenlenmesini ve sağlık profesyonellerinin çalışma koşullarına yönelik düzenlemeleri içermektedir. Bu derlemenin amacı COVID-19 salgınının infertilite ve yardımcı üreme teknikleri üzerindeki etkilerine dikkat çekerek yayınlanan önerileri sunmak ve bu doğrultuda infertilite ve yardımcı üreme teknikleri alanında çalışan hemşirelerin rol ve sorumluluklarına yönelik önerilerde bulunmaktır. Abstract Infertility and assisted reproductive techniques, which have an important place in reproductive health, is an area that can be affected by the new corona virus pandemic. The precautions taken to prevent the spread of the infection also include assisted reproductive techniques. For this purpose, some suggestions have been published by national and international authorities. These recommendations for infertile patients include postponing treatment programs, management of patients with the symptoms of COVID-19, regulation of interventions for the protection of fertility, attempts to reduce the potential emotional impact, regulating the funding concerning issues and regulations for the working conditions of health professionals. The aim of this review is highlight the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak on infertility and assisted reproductive techniques and to make suggestions regarding the roles and responsibilities of nurses working in the field of infertility and assisted reproductive techniques.
