Koah akut atakta serum ürik asit düzeyi ve ürik asit/kreatinin oranının atağın ağırlığı ve arteryel kan gazları ile ilişkisi

Ürik asit, pürin yıkımında son ürün olup doku hipoksisinde düzeyi artar. Serum ürik asit seviyesi, oksidatif metabolizmadaki bozukluğun belirteci olarak kullanılabilir.Çalışmada 70 KOAH'lı olgunun 74 akut alevlenme nedenli yatışı değerlendirildi.
