GÖĞÜS ÖN DUVARI YERLEŞİMLİ DESMOİD TÜMÖR: OLGU SUNUMU

Desmoid tümörler, iyi diferansiye kollajenöz fibroblastlar ın yalancı bir kapsül ile inflitratif büyümesi olarak tanımlanabilir. Fibrositler, fasya ve muskulo-aponörotik yapılardan gelişebilirler. Bu tümörlerin, benign karakterli olmalarına karşın, agresif davranışları nedeni ile malign tümörler gibi tedavi edilmeleri gerekliliği önemlidir. Göğüs ön duvarında yerleşmiş ve geniş lokal eksizyon ve radyoterapi ile tedavi edilmiş bir desmoid tümör olgusu literatür verileri ile tartışılmıştır.

DESMOID TUMOR OF ANTERIOR CHEST WALL: A CASE REPORT

Desmoid tumor can be defined as a pseudoencapsulated infiltrative growth of well-differentiated collagenous fibroblasts and fibrocytes arising either in fascia or musculoaponeurotic structures. These tumors must be treated like malignant tumors, because of their agressif behaviors, against that is benign character. A desmoid tumor, localized in anterior chest wall and treated by wide local excision and radiotherapy, discussed with literature.
